Q?PAYMENT
A.

We accept Paypal, Debit Card, Mastercard, Visa and Direct Deposit and now zipPay! Orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation is received.

Q?PRIVACY
A.

Tween Scene respects your right to privacy. Any personal information that you provide us with will not be disclosed or sold. When you create an account on our website, your data is stored on Tween Scene’s secure server. You may receive occasional newsletters or other promotional material which you can opt out of by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on our newsletter or by contacting us.

Q?RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
A.

Tween Scene would like you to feel confident about purchasing from our online store. If for any reason you find that your selection is not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange of the item. Please note we will only exchange if the item is unused and in brand new condition with original packaging. Additional postage of the returned original item and new products must be paid by the customer.

All items are thoroughly checked before being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us at sales@tweenscene.com.au and we will organise a replacement item.

All effort is made to ensure your items are securely packaged for a safe arrival to your delivery address.

 

Q?GIFT WRAPPING
A.

If you need your gift sent to a friend or family member in another city or town, we are more than happy to post it direct to them. If you require gift wrapping and card (with a personalised message from you) please email us at sales@tweenscene.com.au to advise what you would like printed on the card.

Q?ORDERING
A.

Tween Scene offers several options for ordering:

Online

Orders can be made online via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Amex, Direct Deposit and zipPay. 

After you have completed your order you will receive an email confirming your order.

Email

Orders can be made via email.  Please email sales@tweenscene.com.au and let us know what items that you would like to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm order and arrange payment.

 

Q?SECURITY

Tween Scene uses payment processor – Paypal . Tween Scene does not collect or store any credit card details.

Q?PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
A.

Occasionally items that are listed in stock may in fact not be available. We apologise in advance if this situation does occur and will contact you within 24 hours to discuss a refund or a suitable alternative.

Q?DELIVERIES
A.

Within Australia

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. All orders once processed will be sent via Australia Post. Please allow 2 – 5 working days.

Once at the check out stage of your order, the cost of postage will be calculated based on the size of your final order using the official Australia Post Online Calculator.

International

All orders once posted will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow with 7 – 14 business days. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.  Tracking is only available from Australia through to the first point of contact of receiving country. Your item may be delayed by local customs – this is beyond our control.
